TRAVEL STORIES

I think the travel bug bit me at 16, the year I wanted to visit Prince Edward Island and my parents said no. One Saturday afternoon, while they went off to do their grocery shopping, I got on my bike and left for Prince Edward Island with a knapsack on my back and a note that said, 'Don't worry. Be back in a few weeks'.

And I set up a small tent on Cavendish Beach by the Ocean's Edge and watched the tides rise and fall while exploring the Island for three weeks.

Since then, I've covered a lot of ground and have a lot still to cover, but this section of the site I've used to share some travel stories with you.

I've tried to focus on diving and sailing stories but realized that a lot of people like doing other things as well, so this section is simply a random group of stories... although most of them do include some scuba diving, sailing or simply being out on the water thrown in.

And I'm also working on the story of Blue Grace, the 37 foot Beneteau I owned and operated for five years but that's a long story and instead of including it here, I've created a blog for that.
