THAILAND DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Our Thailand trips involve detailed arrangements and bookings must be made well in advance, therefore our cancellation policies are as follows;

If cancellations are made 90 days before departure, the full amount will be returned minus bank fees and a cancellation fee of 250 US$.

If cancellations are made less than 90 days prior to departure, a deposit of 50% will be charged.

If cancellations are made less than 60 days prior to departure, the full amount will be charged.

Cancellations have to be made via e-mail only and will be confirmed within the following 24 hours. No other form of cancellation notice will be accepted.

We reserve the right to change all published rates without prior notice.
